We are all a work in progress, constantly evolving and growing. I am passionate about the space of learning and leadership development and helping people achieve their potential. I enjoy exploring how technology and social media are impacting the behaviours and motivations of our people and how learning and OD practices need to evolve to keep pace. I was an entrepreneur for many years before my re-entry into the corporate world.
