Welcome to this blog about our darling daughter, Kavya. Inspired by my colleagues, Archie and Nishana, have decided to post tidbits from Kavya's daily life.
We are all a work in progress, constantly evolving and growing. I am passionate about the space of learning and leadership development and helping people achieve their potential. I enjoy exploring how technology and social media are impacting the behaviours and motivations of our people and how learning and OD practices need to evolve to keep pace. I was an entrepreneur for many years before my re-entry into the corporate world.
